Shipping policy
At Lemario, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers in the United States, including clear and straightforward shipping policies. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Coverage
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories,
including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa,
and the Northern Mariana Islands. We also deliver to APO, FPO, and
DPO military addresses.
Free shipping applies to every destination above, with no surcharge
based on location, and the same estimated delivery timeline applies
nationwide (see Delivery Timeline below).
P.O. Boxes are accepted where the carrier supports delivery (USPS
only for P.O. Box deliveries).
Delivery Timeline
Below are the estimated delivery times for orders shipped within the United States:
Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time).
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day, which may add one additional day to the delivery estimate.
Order Processing Time: 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday).
Once your order is prepared, it will be handed over to one of our trusted shipping partners.
Transit Time: 6 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday).
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7 to 16 business days.

Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: All orders qualify for free shipping, with no minimum order requirement.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issue with your delivery, please contact
us at support@lemario.com as soon as possible. We handle each case
individually and will do our best to resolve it quickly.
Lost or Missing Packages
— Marked "delivered" but not received: If your tracking shows
"delivered" but you did not receive the package, please report
it within 7 days of the delivery date. We will open an
investigation with the carrier, which typically takes 5 to 7
business days.
— Stalled tracking: If your tracking has not updated for more than
10 business days, please contact us. We will consider the package
lost after 15 business days of no tracking activity and will,
at your choice, ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full
refund to your original payment method.
— All lost-package claims must be reported within 30 days of the
original shipping date to remain eligible for replacement or refund.
Damaged Packages
— If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery
from the carrier when possible.
— If you have already received the package, take clear photos of
both the outer packaging and the damaged product, and email them
to support@lemario.com within 48 hours of receipt.
— Once the damage is confirmed, we will ship a replacement at no
cost or issue a full refund, at your choice.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you received the wrong item or an item is missing from your
order, please contact us at support@lemario.com within 7 days
of delivery with your order number and, if possible, a photo
of what you received. We will ship the correct item at no cost
or issue a refund for the missing item.
Resolution Timeline
All delivery-issue claims are acknowledged within 1 business day
and resolved within 10 business days of reporting, subject to
the carrier investigation timeline for lost packages.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey on our Track My Order page.
